St. Marylebone Changing Lives - Main Contractor

The Incumbent and PCC of The Ecclesiastical Parish of St. Marylebone with Holy Trinity, St. Marylebone (hereinafter 'the Employer') is to procure a Contractor in order to repair and conserve the parish church building, and improve the existing facilities, including: -Provide a new slate roof covering with lead gutters and flat roofs, with repaired structure and roof insulation. -Undertake urgent repairs to historic fabric including rainwater goods and stonework, ensuring safety and water tightness of the building. -Underpin the long-term building sustainability of the church by carrying out Crypt Hall improvements and East-West corridor access behind the hall. -Carry out accessibility adaptations to areas of historic building where capital development works are planned.
