North Lincolnshire Council is looking to procure a \"Road Safety Triage\" and \"Managed Data\" Service on behalf of the \"Safer Roads Humber\" partnership incorporating the 4no. Humber region Authorities (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire and City of Hull) to help deliver the following; 2.1.1 To comply with the \"Duty to Maintain the Highway - Highway Act 1980 (section 41)\" 2.1.2 To comply with the \"Duty to Improve Road Safety - Road Traffic Act 1988 (section 39)\" 2.1.3 To comply with the \"Local Government & Public Involvement in Health Act 2007\" The Contract will be managed by North East Lincolnshire Council.
