Rose Lipman - procurement of initial Development Adviser (DA) services, including valuation services for negotiating commercial terms for a land transaction. In February 2017 the Housing Development Board (HDB) granted authority for the Regeneration Division to commence procurement of a design team to prepare an options appraisal report for the refurbishment of the Rose Lipman Building (RLB) and redevelopment of four adjacent plots of land and buildings. The Council requires valuation advice and recommendations on terms for a commercial deal structure to support it in agreeing terms to secure development.
