Tier 3 Weight Management Service

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council to deliver Tier 3 Weight Management services for adults. Tier 3 Weight Management services are seen as an important component of a menu of prevention programmes that have been proposed in Doncaster, which will contribute to the life course approach to health and well-being. Tier 3 services engages in prevention through improving access to advice and information on other local services, working with people to support self-management of their conditions and identifying and building on strengths and assets of individuals, families and communities.
