Provision of Gas Maintenance and Remedial Work

The Council delivers services throughout Oxfordshire through a wide range of buildings, e.g. County Hall, fire stations, libraries, etc. The buildings are managed by the Joint Property Team within the Commercial Development Assets and Investments team. This service is to undertake annual servicing of boiler rooms and fixed heating appliances at Oxfordshire County Council buildings and staff houses. The opportunity was for contractor/s to undertake annual servicing of boiler rooms and appliances on Oxfordshire County Council buildings and associated remedial works to ensure that buildings are suitable for operation activity
