VEAT - Zendesk Suite

Intention to award a contract under Regulation 32(2) (b) (ii) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 This contract is to continue the existing integrated services for a period of 3 years for our Zendesk Suite provision. Due to the imbedded nature of the current service provision and that this service must be provided by Zendesk directly to maintain scope, content and negotiated pricing the university will be using a VEAT notice for this continued provision.
