Age Better in Sheffield - Bereavement Project

Age Better in Sheffield is looking to commission activity to support individuals who have been bereaved (this can be extended to those living with a terminally ill loved one). The activity will be based in one of Age Better in Sheffield's four target wards (Burngreave, Beauchief & Greenhill, Firth Park or Woodhouse) and will focus on one of the under represented groups in the Age Better programme (men, BAME groups or individuals with low income).
