Tenderers (or their guarantor) must meet all of the applicable minimum levels of financial standing for the Lot they are bidding for: 1. Annual turnover in the last financial year (adjusted pro rata if the FY is not 12 months) must be equal to or greater than 2 x estimated annual contract value. for the Lot they are bidding for, such estimated annual contract value being for. (a) D&B Risk Indicator must be three (3) or less. (b) D&B Failure score of fifty (50) or greater. (c) D&B current ratio of one (1) or greater. Insurance Tenderers must have, or commit to having prior to the Commencement Date, the following levels of insurance: Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = £10,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance = £5,000,000.00 Please review the ITT for Financial Capacity details.

Technical Ability: Experience Tenderers must have experience over the last three (3) years of delivering services which are similar to the Services required under the Lot they are bidding for under this Procurement. Technical Ability: Subcontractors Evidence that it has experience of maintaining healthy supply chains and managing sub-contractor performance. Organisational standards: Tenderers to provide evidence of BICs accreditation and ISO 9001 certification. Risk Management Policy: Tenders to provide the Organisation Risk Management policy Complaints Process: Tenders to provide the complaints process suitable for the Lot/s they are responding to.
