Contract for the Provision of a Business Support Helpline Service (on behalf of the Stoke and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership)

The Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership commissioned a single point of contact business helpline service, which commenced as a pilot on 1 February 2012. The service provides a single telephone number for businesses of any scale seeking advice and support across the whole of the administrative areas of Staffordshire County Council and City of Stoke-on-Trent Council. Staffordshire County Council is inviting tenders on behalf of the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, and in conjunction with City of Stoke-on-Trent Council, for the ongoing operation of a business helpline service which is the core of the Stoke on Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub.
