Description
Tameside MBC wish to procure suppliers for a Framework to provide adaptations to Residential Properties(owner occupiers, private tenants and social tenants who live in properties within the Metropolitan Borough of Tameside). Suppliers are required for the delivery of construction related works to properties requiring adaptation changes to assist occupants to maintain a degree of independence when disability limits daily activity. This Framework will have 3 Lots comprising of the following: LOT 1 major internal & external adaptations to the property where the cost is more than £1000 funded by DFG but cannot be more than £30,000 (this Lot will not include extensions to properties which will be subject to an independent procurement exercise); LOT 2 Minor external and internal works to properties with an individual value less than £1000; LOT 3 Minor external an internal works relating to electrical and Visual Impairment works with an individual value of less than £1000.
