Bio-Incubator Laboratory Fit Out

Trinity College (CSP) Limited are seeking a fit out contractor to complete the installation of office furniture, laboratory furniture, and laboratory equipment to a recently completed Bio-Incubator building on the Cambridge Science Park which provides a mix of simple labs with write up space to be let to start up enterprises on a flexible, inclusive rent basis. The Bio-Incubator Building, known as 181 Cambridge Science Park, provides 12 labs and 13 offices ranging from 159sq.ft to 476 sq.ft together with a shared services laboratory, a staff office, two kitchenettes and two meeting rooms. The furniture installation includes the installation of office desks and chairs, storage tambours, laboratory benching, meeting room tables and chairs, reception soft seating, and kitchen dining tables and chairs. The equipment installation includes the installation of -80 freezer, ice machine, dishwasher, autoclave, bio-safety cabinets and hand wash basins. All works are to form part of one Contract. The Contract is to be awarded on the basis of lowest price tender with the three lowest price compliant submissions being assessed in detail. Tenders are to be submitted by no later than 1:00pm on Monday, 16th September 2019.
