The Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) Vets and Labs require the transport of animal samples globally. These samples are classed as hazardous and fall into two categories: - Category A (an infectious substance capable of causing permanent disability or fatal disease in animals or humans) - Category B (an infectious substance that does not meet the criteria for Cat A). Two separate contracts will be awarded, one for Category A and one for Category B.
