Q053 - Mayor Street Roofing Works

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Mayor Street Roofing Works which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Please note that the works are to be completed as outlined within the Pre-Construction Information with the overall Contract Period to be circa 16 weeks. The target start on site date is the 20th August 2018. (The exact start date to be agreed / confirmed following tender return and contractor appointment). Site visits for Mayor Street are highly recommended and must be requested via The Chest Portal. Site visits will take place between 9am-3pm and suppliers must request them via the Messaging section of The Chest and await for confirmation.
