Clean Air Zone - Gocardless

Newcastle City Council does not have discretion in regards to the service that we use for Clean Air Zone direct debit/bank transfer payments. As directed by the Joint Air Quality Unit (JAQU) which is a section of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), we must use Gocardless who have expertise with direct debit payments.
