Strategic assurance and roadmap development of the Defra HR Change Portfolio

A two-week, time-limited strategic assurance engagement to review delivery to date of the HR Change Programme and assess the wider HR Change portfolio (HR Change Programme, HR Automation and Synergy@Defra). KPMG will produce a diagnostic report with recommendations, a portfolio roadmap across the three programmes aligned to Synergy and DWP Corporate Service Transformation, and a high-level FY26/27 delivery plan
