Invitation to Tender for the design and installation of a new secure access to the Council's Sport Field

This is an Invitation to Tender for the design and installation of a new secure access to the Council's Sports Field which has to allow for access to authorised users including many footballers and a Bowls Club, and pre-arranged access to maintenance and delivery vehicles, whilst keeping the site secure from unauthorised vehicles.
