Plan Direct & Co-ordinate ICT projects

Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities in order to manage and implement ICT division projects from contracts / proposal initiation to final operational stage. Key activities include planning, scheduling work, monitoring and reporting progress to ICT Division Senior Management Team and Future Coastguard programme board. To manage a portfolio of projects currently in progress in order to deliver new infrastructure, platform and end user technology services which must be designed fit for purpose, installed in secure controlled environments and operate within service levels. Implementation of new secure, highly available data centre infrastructure and software hosting platform to support a new National Maritime Operations Centre (NMOC), nine Coastguard Operations Centres (CGOC) and one Rescue Centre .
