Window Cleaning Services

The contract(s) for the provision of window cleaning services across the University Estate have been awarded. This requirement is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1 covers the traditional (non-specialist) cleaning of external and internal windows across City, Walsall, Telford Campuses and University of Wolverhampton Science Park. Lot 2 covers window cleaning to those buildings which require specialist access techniques i.e. rope-access predominantly located at City Campus. The term of the Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing on 01st October 2017 with an optional extension of up to an additional two further twelve (12) month periods. The maximum Contract duration is therefore five (5) years.
