Provision of Diversity and Inclusion Training for ONR

Organisations that embrace a diverse workforce have been shown to reap numerous benefits. In ONR, we believe that all staff have the right to work in an environment where they are shown respect and consideration at work, and in which the dignity of each and every individual is valued and maintained. We want to encourage new ideas and different perspectives, recognising the individuality of everyone and realising our strengths from the diversity of ideas, opinions and cultures. Therefore our intention is to offer diversity and inclusion training to all ONR staff.
