General Building Works (Dedicated to DLO) 22-23

Provision of a UKAS-accredited general building works support contractor to assist the council's in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the servicing and maintaining council dwellings and undertake any substantial reactive repairs. Furthermore, once established this proposal will assist in reducing the accrued backlog of major repairs. The proposed contractor will also be a contingency if other contractors fail to perform or if the lead time in relation to mobilisation takes longer than expected.
