Fire Protection Works Project We are looking for a schedule of rates for: The fire protection installation and subsequent products used in each application must meet IFCC, BRE/LPCB, or FIRAS standards. New fire protection products are to be installed in all areas as identified in the Oakleaf report. Note the Oakleaf report is based On visual fire compartmentation study only and therefore is limited in its accuracy. The incumbent contractor to undertake bespoke Invasive survey within each agreed area of work / block in order to establish a definitive Scope, quantity, programme and cost.
