This contract is to perform a monitoring function on behalf of DFID, the three main purposes are: - To provide assurance that planned results are being achieved at scale, to agreed standards and that people most in need receive assistance. - To provide lesson learning to improve the delivery of our projects, ensuring that we achieve maximum value for money in Yemen. - To assess whether DFID funded‐programmes are timely, relevant and appropriate for the context they operate within, are informed by the beneficiaries they support and are defined by a needs‐based approach.
