Instant Communications System

The Contracting Authority has a continuing requirement for a means of instantly communicating with all staff to provide alerts, information updates and actions required to ensure all staff are aware of outages and support with urgent issues. The system is a crucial communication platform that ensures staff across the Lincolnshire Community Health Group can be notified immediately of any critical incidents and the need to put business continuity arrangements in place where required. The contract is for a maximum period of 12 months. The contract value is as per this contract notice.
