Thirteen - Alford Court, Hartlepool - Scaffolding for Window Replacements

The Thirteen Housing Group ("Thirteen") is to undertake a Window Replacement Programme on Alford Court, Hartlepool. The work is to be carried out by Thirteen in-house. As part of this programme, Thirteen seeks to appoint a contractor to provide all necessary Scaffolding to facilitate the works, including erection, weekly hire and dismantling. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") [formerly called NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP")] is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
