NICE staff engagement survey

NICE are procuring services to enable us to appoint a supplier for our annual staff engagement survey, the supplier will plan and produce all aspects of the NICE Annual Survey for three years: April 2018 to March 2020. The supplier will work closely with NICE to develop a high quality annual staff engagement survey. NICE are looking for an expert partner that apply their field experience and best-practice recommendations to help solve organisational problems. There is also likely to be the requirement for sporadic and possibly bespoke pulse surveys throughout the year, but the main focus initially would be on the annual staff survey.
