Engineering Delivery Framework

The Authority has procured Design, Build, Installation, Commissioning and Handover Services for works on the APHA Science Estate and its Executive Agencies. This includes the estate at Weybridge, as well as the Regional Labs at Starcross, Camarthen, Penrith, Newcastle, Shrewsbury, Bury St Edmonds, Sutton Bonnington. The following UK public sector bodies are authorised and enabled to use the framework; Environment Agency, Department for Environment Food Rural Affairs; Animal and Plant Health Agency; Marine Management Organisation; Natural England and Rural Payments Agency The framework is broken down into Seven (7) Lots. including, Works in Containment Facilities, General Accommodation works, Site Infrastructure Works, Security Systems, Biowaste Effluent Treatment System, Multiple Discipline Design Services and Professional Services.
