The contract is for the supply of miscellaneous building materials to the Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd's teams for use in repairs and construction. Cost benchmarking was undertaken and a set of objective criteria were applied in reaching the decision to directly award the contract. The contract is for 1 year with the option to extend by up to 3 additional 1-year periods.
