Teach First Venue Procurement

Teach First invites you to submit a Proposal for the supply of venue hire and associated services and facilities for 3 one day events in either central London or Birmingham on the following dates: Tuesday 6 November 2018 Wednesday 7 November 2018 Thursday 8 November 2018 The essential requirements for each of the events are detailed below: Number of participants: Tue 6 November - 130 Wed 7 November - 290 Thu 8 November - 155 Location: Central London location (close to central tube station) or Birmingham (close to New Street Station) Rooms: On all days - 1 large hall that all delegates can sit in Cabaret Tue 6 November - 1 large hall for 130 in cabaret Wed 7 November - 1 large hall for 285 in cabaret and 14 break out rooms which can hold between 10 - 30 people. Thu 8 November - 1 large hall for 155 in cabaret, 2 additional break out rooms which can hold around 50 people each AV requirements: - flipcharts and speakers in each room - AV technician on site - Microphones and speakers in main room - relay screens throughout the large hall room to repeat the screen at front. Relay screens are desired in the break out room but not necessary - Projector and screen in Large room/hall Catering: Dining area with enough space for all delegates to sit an eat in one sitting - ideally a hot fork buffet lunch. 3 coffee breaks Breakfast treats ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong wifi would be needed across the venue so that we can access websites simultaneously. We would need access to broadband running between 20-25mbs Plug sockets for delegates to charge laptops in rooms, with power banks provided if needed Interested parties should email ProviderContracts@teachfirst.org.uk to request the RFP and associated tender documentation.
