Management of Public Toilets

West Mersea Town Council invite suitable contractors to tender for the management, maintenance and cleaning four blocks of public toilets in West Mersea. It is a requirement that a single main contractor is contracted to carry out the works. The main contractor shall appoint his own subcontractors accordingly. For full details see the document attached
