This instrument can perform stain-free imaging. This option has changed how Western blots can be done, providing data on total protein loading and subsequent comparison with Western blot signals. The Chemidoc MP is also capable of multiplexing fluorescence. The instrument offers levels of functionality not available from other imaging systems.
