23-041 Broom - Occupation Road

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are seeking a suitable contractor to design, manage and construct new affordable homes at two sites located on Occupational Rd, Broom. These homes are to be brought into Council stock. This is a full design and build 2 stage process including associated external works, estate roads and statutory services installations where required. This is a direct selection via EN:Procure New Build Framework.
