Framework for the Supply & Delivery of a Benchtop laboratory granulator (batch)

CPI have a requirement for a flexible, small-batch granulation device that has control of mixing energy/RPM, consistent liquid/binder addition, and a range of different mixer geometries. CPI have extensive capability in terms of continuous granulation and powder processing but have identified a gap in terms of the ability to produce batch quantities of granulated materials with very small amounts of materials, insufficient for running within a continuous process. We often must undertake granulation projects where the amount of materials available to produce an optimised granule is highly limited, hence the capability to produce small batches of granules for analysis and study is seen as highly complementary to existing capability.
