Unified Communications Contract 2026

West Kent Housing Association is seeking a Supply Partner for the provision of a new Unified Communications solution (integrating Microsoft Teams with a new contact centre) for an initial 3-year term. We intend to award the contract via the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud Framework 14, to enable us to select the Supply Partner who best meets our requirements. The process will entail submitting an initial Statement of Work and Cost Model in response to our Requirements Guidance (attached), followed by a demonstration of the Supplier's product to the client team.
