Tender documentation updated, and tender re-commissioned.(St Mungos are seeking to appoint a main contractor to deliver the replacement of ventilation systems throughout 1 Hilldrop Road. Mechanical ventilation systems are in place to serve the following key areas: •Commercial catering Kitchen •Bathroom facilities for residents and staff accommodation •To serve the large communal lounge facility The contractor will be procured via a procedure using the DELTA Portal, and St Mungo's will enter into a JCT Minor Works with the following Contractor Design: 1.Metal support systems, mountings and bracketry 2.Building Management Systems 3.Drywall systems and associated fixings. 4.Gas safe systems)
