Asbestos Removal at Spode Works

It is proposed that Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project, and intend to appoint a single subcontractor to carry out the asbestos removal at Spode Works, Elenora Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 1QQ. Asbestos surveys have recently been commissioned which will set the scope of the works and a contractor is required to remove or encapsulate all identified ACMs to make the buildings safe for future phases of works.
