Description
The Council has a requirement for an integrated Public Health Nursing Service, including Family Nurse Partnership to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (0-19 years) due to start in April 2017. The successful bidder will promote the best health and care for children and young people aged 0-19 across Buckinghamshire, meeting need through the provision of services at universal, universal plus and universal partnership plus in line with the requirements of the Healthy Child Programme. This is an opportunity for the provider to develop an integrated health and wellbeing service supporting children and young people to get the best start in life as they progress to adulthood. The contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years with the option to extend it further by up to 2 years. The Council reserves the right to vary the contract to include additional or complimentary services.
