Leadership Programme

Nottinghamshire Police is looking to procure a new Leadership Programme. At the start of 2017, the College of Policing developed the Competency and Values Framework (CVF), which aims to support all policing professionals, now and into the future. The CVF sets out nationally recognised behaviours and values, which will provide a consistent foundation for a range of local and national processes. The force's Chief Officer Leadership Team has prioritised an organisational leadership development need; the purpose of which is to ensure the six competencies and four values of the CVF are effectively embedded into the day to day thinking, behaviours, actions and decisions for all Nottinghamshire Police's leaders.
