The tender aims to secure the technical and professional services of an evaluation consultant. The appointed consultant (individual or firm) will lead on the evaluation of Strengthening Teacher English Proficiency (STEP) during the course of programme delivery. The primary objective of this evaluation is to demonstrate the tangible effects of enhanced English Language proficiency and innovative teaching methodologies on the overall quality of teaching and learning in schools.
