Description
Chesterfield Borough Council (CBC) has the requirement for a competent supplier who can supply, install, and service Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) Units and Wall Mounted Extractor Fans in to Council owned properties. The purpose of this provision is to eradicate any existing condensation, moisture, and/or mould in the house as well as mitigating any future mould that may occur. Over the last 12 months the Council has installed circa 50 PIV Units into Council owned properties; CBC requires the installation and servicing of these units.
