- The works are to completely demolish and remove from site the buildings known as the Snooty Fox and Chantry House including the removal of asbestos from the building structure(s), capping the existing piled foundations to a depth of up to 2m below finished ground level and remediation to wild/natural landscape standard. - The works will require a temporary path closure of the footpath that passes through the under-croft section of Chantry House. - Bidders are to be aware of the close proximity of the West Yorkshire History Centre to Chantry House. - The tender documents are available for interested suppliers to download from the YORtender system (www.yortender.co.uk) using reference DN414297.
