Achieving for Children (AfC) Community Interest Company also referred to as the 'Customer' invites Tenders for the provision of the Recruitment (ATS and Onboarding) system to support and manage the journey for the hiring manager to seek approval, submit the details of the role and advert for our HR team to submit to 'live advert' stage through a self service model. The hiring manager will have control of tracking, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection. The system will automate the work flows by updating candidates, hiring managers and HR team of progress and action as well as have workflows that will address automation of onboarding activities such as contracts, new starter details and pre start information. HR will be able to support managers through any aspects of the system and have administration access to manage the majority of functions, reporting and oversight of all stages. The system will be able to integrate and carry the data stored into a HR system to create new employee records automatically.
