Skills Three-year Zero-value Contracts

Leeds City Council's Employment & Skills DPS mini-competition for adult learning and vocational skills provision and skills services suppliers to bid for non-exclusive, three-year zero-value contracts from pre-approved suppliers on the ten-year Employment and Skills Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The zero-value contract itself does not guarantee work, however call-off orders specifying needed provision or services may be raised by the Council as needs arise.
