Mental Health Helpline

The Mental Health Helpline will operate across Coventry and Warwickshire in order to support and enable people with mental health conditions to independently seek support, advice and information instantly on a wide range of issues. The service through appropriately skilled individuals aims to enhance well-being and peace of mind as well as avoid potential admissions into primary and secondary services. The service will be available on a Freephone telephone number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Provider would be expected to offer on-line support through social media/technology.
