Flexible Ways of Working

WYCA is currently seeking to develop and implement new and more flexible ways of working in parallel to the planned refurbishment of the organisation's head office building which is located in central Leeds. More flexible working practices are needed both to maximise the capacity that can be achieved following the office refurbishment and also to embed better ways of working to increase efficiency and drive culture change. As part of this work, we are seeking a consultant to advise on the development and implementation of a technology approach to support our flexible working ambitions.
