Grove Park Improvements Project

Appointment of a Principal Contractor for the Grove Park Improvement Project. The local authorities' ambition is to deliver much needed public realm improvements at Grove Park, generating further momentum to already changing perceptions of the town and subsequently attracting greater investment in the area creating a positive cycle of ongoing change and reinvention. The delivery of the Grove Park improvements consists of one package, which includes: 1. Demolition of the existing toilet block. 2. New toilet block constructed within the park boundary. 3. Soft and Hard landscaping to the entrance, including resurfacing of entrance pathway. 4. Repairs to degraded railings adjacent to park entrance. 5. New boundary wall around the main entrance. 6. New 'Grove Park' signage above entrance to the park
