Repair of Various Air Tool Compressors used in CRARRV and Warrior Platforms. Babcock acting as an agent on behalf of the UK MOD wishes to advertise for expressions of interest for a 5 year (plus 1 year option) contract for the Repair of Various Air Tool Compressors used in CRARRV and Warrior platforms. Any potential suppliers wishing to undertake the work will be responsible for the provision of all associated parts (to OEM specifications) required to support the repair activity. Items for repair are: 4310-99-550-4573 5130-99-517-0963 4310-99-131-8627 4310-99-213-3345 5180-99-667-4041 The Authority reserve the right to add items of a similar nature during the lifetime of the Contract. Babcock DSG advises potential suppliers that drawings or associated specifications are not available to issue as part of any eventual Invitation to Tender. QA Standards or equivalent: ISO 9001:2008 accreditation (or equivalent) is mandatory.Interested parties should in the first instance, submit an expression of interest not exceeding 2 x A4 size pages along with a copy of your ISO accreditation certificate which must be in scope of this requirement. Late expressions of interest will not be considered. The annoucement of a possible future requirement is not to be construed as confirmation that a tender / contract will subsequently be issued. The issue of a possible future requirement, or the issue of an Invitation to Tender, is not to be construed as a commitment by Babcock DSG Limited to place a contract as a result of the tendering stage or at a later stage. Any expenditure, work or effort prior to any contract award is accordingly a matter soley for the commercial judgement of the potential supplier. Babcock DSG Limited will endeavour to acknowledge all expressions of interest within 5 working days of receipt. Should no such aknowledgement be provided, the potential supplier should take appropriate action to confirm receipt of their expression of interest.
