BBC 0221 The Design, Supply and Installation of an Audio Visual Conferencing Solution

Broxbourne Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to design, supply, install and support an audio visual conferencing solution for the Council Chamber located at the Council offices, Bishops College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN8 9XB. The Council Chamber is a large meeting room used for formal Council meetings, presentations, training courses and conferences and when not in use by the Council it is available for hire. The Council requires a new audio visual solution that supports Microsoft Teams for 'hybrid' physical and online meetings, the primary requirement is to allow the participation by remote presenters and attendees.
