Description

The Leeds Electronic Market Place (EMP) shall provide citywide Short Breaks for children and young people with SEND who ordinarily reside in the Leeds boundary. Staff Page 2 to 7 must be trained to meet the diverse needs of children and young people. Children and young people will have a high-level support need either continuously or most of the time. They will access the service in line with outcomes detailed in their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), where a plan is in place. The annual value is £1,210,000.
