Cambridgeshire County Council requires a Property Asset Management Software Solution that will capture property assets, hold all documents and key milestones relating to deeds and leases pertaining to its asset register. The software needs to capture property maintenance and compliance data that should feed a planned maintenance register. The software should capture the Property Facilities Management Helpdesk functionality and drive a reactive maintenance programme.
