Constance Bridgeman Centre Relocation - WORKS

Award the Build contract of Constance Bridgeman Centre Relocation to Cosmur Construction Limited for the sum of £1,159,953.04 (One million, one hundred fifty-nine thousand, nine hundred and fifty-three pounds, and four pence) excluding VAT. \r \r This is to complete the contractor's design portion and undertake Build works, services of RIBA work stage 5 onwards including site investigations and surveys related to the proposed new development of 6 new classrooms and all the remodelling, refurbishment works including the external works to the current Loxford Youth Centre to accommodate the PRU, Constance Bridgeman Centre.
